Rules and Regulations for Bulk Uploading.

1. When bulk uploading we will only allow 1500 items to be uploaded at any one time, anything above this will automatically be rejected and possibly revoke your IP from our server. If you need any special requirements regarding your upload then please contact a member of our support team support@face-bid.com.

2. As this site charge for some of our features, we understand that Bulk Up loaders don't pay for any feature listings and Category Featured Items. With this we have to put a clause with the Bulk Up loader facility. As a Bulk Up loader you have to feature 3 Items for every 500 items Uploaded, this can be Home page featured of Category page Featured.

3. When uploading your Bulk listings, you can only upload to a Shop. You can have as many shops as you like and call them what ever you like.

Reason for rule 3. As this site targets a single listing audience we have to leave the (Recently Listed Auctions) for our single listing members, this is only to make if fair so that there listings are not moved when you upload your 1500 items or so.

4. Anyone found in breach in these rules maybe removed from the site and or have there listings removed, administrator have full right to remove any listings that they feel inappropriate to the site.

This next few weeks Maire Curie are hold there Daffodil Appeal to help raise money for the nurses who help people with Cancer.

What we will do for every member who registers and becomes a verified seller, is give 10p for every new verrified seller towards this appeal.

Reason for changing - face-bid.com are changing the server to make things faster for our customers, allow NEW and Existing customers to Bulk upload there products from other Online Auction sites and To make room for the ALL NEW Facebook Integration of face-bid.

What’s is the Integration and why are we doing it? - Facebook integration is what most sites do at the moment, however face-bid.com will be offering this service in a whole different manner. We are going to offer the service of posting your listings on your wall, your friends wall and even pages or groups that you are connected to. Please be patient while we finalize the configuration of this service to make it work for you.

Problems that may occur - Server down time, listings images may fall, listings alone may fall, and other problems may occur. We apologise for this problem before hand and will try and change the site over as quickly and as quite as we can, without it affecting you or your listings.

What should we do now - Really there isn’t anything you can do as a face-bid member apart from using the site as normal, if you are not a face-bid member then you can register as normal and use the site. All users of face-bid will get transferred to the new server. Really you should not see a change apart from the performance of the site.

ABOUT THE STANDARD LISTING FEE.

face-bid.com has a listing fee of £1, and is the price face-bay.com charges for listing your item for sale.

This fee is charged to your seller's account at the time of listing

As with a newspaper advertisement, or any other form of selling, advertising company. You need to pay this basic listing fee, even if your item isn't sold (If your item sells, a final value fee is charged to your seller's account.)

Listing fees are not refundable.


Face-bid.com does not charge a fee for items after they have sold, in this we mean as we say above. There is only a charge for Listing your items on face-bid.com, and nothing will be invoiced or chargegd to your account while or after your item is sold.
